Shipping

Calvero currently ships within the United States only, with free shipping on all orders and no minimum purchase required.

Our standard shipping schedule is:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided with your order.

We may use your email address or phone number to clarify order details or provide delivery-related updates.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment remains subject to successful payment authorization, product availability, and complete delivery information.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Calvero may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • An item becoming unavailable

  • Unsuccessful payment authorization

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • An address that cannot be serviced

  • A clear product listing or pricing error

  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive ordering activity

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you using the contact information provided with the order. If payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request before shipment, but cancellation may no longer be possible once the order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.

If cancellation is unavailable, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Prices

Product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Your final order total, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change for future orders. If a clear listing or technical error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any correction. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill the item and payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for that item to the original payment method.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original tags, packaging, and included accessories where applicable.

  • Return Shipping: Calvero covers the cost for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged on approved returns.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your handbag arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help review the problem.
