Do you ship outside the United States?
No, right now we only ship within the U.S. We don't have international shipping set up yet.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, no minimum spend needed.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
You place your order online, and payment is collected when the bag reaches you — nothing is charged upfront, no card details needed at checkout.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, then 4–7 business days in transit. Most orders land somewhere between 5–10 business days total.
Can I return a bag if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. It just needs to be unused and in its original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. If you want a different bag, size, or color, the simplest way is to return your original order and place a new one for what you'd like instead.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your bag arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping. For anything else — change of mind, wrong pick — return shipping is on you.
How long does a refund take once I return something?
Once we receive and check the returned bag, your refund goes out within 7 days.
How do I actually get my refund since I paid COD?
Since there's no card payment tied to the order, refunds go out by bank or mobile transfer. We'll confirm the details with you once your return is approved.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. What you paid comes back to you, nothing held back.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and photos of the bag and the packaging. We'll sort it out and cover the return shipping.
How do I know a bag will hold up?
Every bag we list gets checked for stitching, hardware, and how the material handles actual weight before it goes up on the site. We're not trying to sell bags that fall apart in a month.
