How Payment Works at Calvero

Calvero operates on Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you don't pay anything when you place an order online — payment is collected in person when your bag is delivered to you.

Why We Use COD

We know handing over card details to a store you're ordering from for the first time can feel like a gamble. COD lets you see your order arrive before any money changes hands, so there's nothing to worry about at checkout.

Accepted Payment at Delivery

When your order arrives, our delivery carrier will collect payment directly from you. Please have the exact amount ready if possible, and make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.

No Online Charges

We don't collect card numbers, billing details, or any online payment information at any point in the ordering process. Placing an order through calvero.shop never results in a charge to a card or account.

Failed or Refused COD Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails or payment is refused at the door, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us, depending on the situation. Repeated refusals or failed COD attempts may affect your ability to place future orders with us.

Refunds on Returns

Since no online payment is collected, refunds on approved returns are issued through bank transfer or mobile payment rather than back to a card. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
